Yorkshire Regional Championships Preview Evening

As attentions turn to this year’s Yorkshire Regional Brass Band Championships, the band will be previewing its preparation of Philip Wilby’s ‘Red Priest’ at the Slaithwaite Band Regional Test Piece Prieview Night, Slaithwaite Bandroom, Saturday 18 February, 7.30pm.

We’ll be joining fellow Yorkshire bands Skelmanthorpe, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield & Ripponden and Linthwaite as the bands perform their respective test pieces, with insightful feedback provided by the respected band mentor, Sandy Smith.

It’s a great opportunity to hear this year’s set works and to support the bands in their preparations for the forthcoming contest.
